Came across this quote from one of my subscriptions: "It's not the hours you put into your work that count- it's the work you put into the hours." by a guy called Sam Ewing. How true this is indeed. Sometimes I feel that I put a lot of time and effort into something but the results often let me down. Perhaps I did put in lots of time but the effort was not there yet. I guess it's time for me to start putting "my work into the hours"!
